Insect Preservation

This beginner's classes will introduce you to the fascinating and intricate world of Entomology - the art of insect preservation.

BUTTERFLY PINNING on SEPTEMBER 30TH AT 1 PM

 

Students will get an overview of the basics of how to rehydrate, relax, and position specimens. Then students will get to choose a specimen along with all of the natural items brought to class to be able to build their own diorama.

 

The cost is $40 for a two hour class.
