The River Raisin Watershed was at the heart of the rain storm that dropped up to 10 inches in some areas. This storm resulted in some of the worst flooding Southeast Michigan has seen. The damage cost some millions of dollars to repair. The River Raisin Watershed covers nearly all parts of Lenawee County, and parts of Monroe, Washtenaw, Jackson, and Hillsdale Counties in Michigan, and Fulton County in Ohio.
