Watershed Plans & Reports
The Watershed Management Plan was published in 2009 in partnership with the Lenawee Conservation District, University of Michigan School of Natural Resources and the Environment, Stantec, and JFNew, with partial funding from a Clean Water Act grant administered by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality.
It provides a comprehensive assessment of water quality concerns, goals, and recommendations, along with background on the watershed’s geology, history, climate, ecology, land use, and hydrology.
This resource is freely available and may be cited when writing reports or applying for funding.
